Customer Refunds and Returns
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your product is damaged or faulty Wine Country Creations will provide a full replacement or refund to you within 30 days of original date of purchase. Please return your product to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the next steps.
Customer Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about a product we will exchange the product as long as it is returned to us in the same unused condition within 30 days of original date of purchase. You will incur the additional shipping costs for the exchange.
Only full priced items can be exchanged. This does not apply to sale items.
Our Terms of Service
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days after date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds
Your refund will be credited to the credit card you used to pay. We aim to apply the credit within 5 working days of receiving the faulty/damaged item. There may be a delay between us processing the credit and this being received in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
